The Royal Ascot is situated in the heart of Dubai, close to the airport as well as to the major business and shopping areas of the city. Sheikh Zayed Road is just a seven minutes drive, and Burjuman - one of the city's finest malls - is only five minutes away.

An airport shuttle is available. It costs AED 50 per way. It has to be booked in advance. We need to be informed with the exact flight details 48 hours before checkin.
Complimentary transfers are also available to and from our beach facilities, on request.
The nearest bus station is Al Gubaiba Bus station, at just 1 km
from the Hotel.
Our hotel offers 2 basement parkings. Guests can make use of this facility, free of charge. We also have an open parking.

Two children under the age of 12 years old can share the same room with adults without any additional cost. Only one extra bed can be placed in the same room with adults at an additional charge of Dhs120 nett per night. This extra bed is a roll away bed and only suitable for a child below the age of 12 years old. Please note that two extra beds cannot be placed in one room. A cot will be provided free of charge for a child. Please note that children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed in the Royal Club Lounge and Royal Club Business Centre.
